"I'm a firm believer in the potential of people. Each day alongside each person, brings a lesson to learn and teach. Everyone does it differently... and that's ok!
Counselling doesn't have to be stuffy. Zen living doesn't have to be bohemian. Just being you is enough. Being the best version of you is even better. I'm a master of perspective. I teach it, live it and love it. Counselling helps you change the narrative, you write the story, I simply give you the pen!"
The focus is to help you facilitate positive change in your life. Comparisons are the biggest thing that let us down. We compare ourselves to our parents, peers and passers by, always aiming to match their surface energy. The key is understanding that we won't ever be the same as anybody else. Each combination of thoughts, experiences, lifestyles and gifts, creates a unique blueprint of our being. Your change is about you. A lot of the time we live with the idea of should.
"To be successful I should be earning thousands of pounds"
"Being pretty means I should look like the people on tv"
"I should always be kind, because that's what makes me a good person"
These are notions that we learn growing up. Old ideas. Outdated and unrealistic. Learning how to move away from the word 'should' is a huge step towards Zen living.
You don't have to match anyone's energy!
Start with the foundations. Focus on the core and the basics. What do you need? What do you love? Where is your life going and is that really where you want to be?
Get a pen and paper and write a list. Take one thing from the list and write down the steps you need to take that will make or break this situation.
Gradually work your way through each list until you have a masterplan of how to get your sshh together!
It sounds basic AF but it's usually the most simple things that work. For years I watched people search for magic and spank hundreds of pounds into coaches who behind the scenes were as broken as their clients. YOU are the magic. Your mind is the tool that you train to work in your favour. That sshh takes practice!
Only you can sort your sshh out. Not some online Guru, or some '10 steps to 10k months' guide. It's down to you. To put in the effort, to learn how your mind works and to start incorporating the dreams and goals into your behaviour and overall approach.
I'm not a Guru, I'm just a d*ck with an online platform. I'm not changing anything for you. That is up to you! Sort your sshh out.
