The Just a Mum group on Facebook is a body of support for Mum's to vent and post Mum sshh that is frowned upon on their main timelines. It's seen 9 books with best sellers that have surpassed legends like Maya Angelou and Virginia Woolf. It's empowered women around the world to confront their fears and traumas and speak up for what they wanted. The Mum group has been a lifeline that has forged some lifelong friendships internationally and importantly created a Jamily ( JAM family) that has shown support in crisis. The group contains live videos, conversations and general Musings of Madness.
Quotes and perspective can be found on the website or across our social media for that extra motivation when you just need an image to sum up how you're feeling.
There's also a bunch of free downloads that are added to regularly, providing resources that help daily life.

From Amazon best selling books, to community clean ups. Online support, inspirational speaking, daily challenges, awards and awareness... I've really had the opportunity to do it all. Meeting some sensational people along the way and making a real difference has enriched my life for my remaining days. There are so many lessons in life that seem restrictive, things that knock you on your backside and stop you from chasing dreams and feeding your soul. I live by the rule that you can Find a Way Forward. It won't always be conventional but it will certainly see results.
I'm not here to save you, to make you into this ZenMfkr who never hurts or gets stressy, we all have our days when the world kicks the crap out of us. I'm here to help you regulate your emotions in a way that suits you. To make that kicking hurt less! With different tools for success. With different approaches for each individual and different therapy styles to get the best results for you.
We might write a book, a poem or a letter. We may listen to music or paint a picture. We may scream at the top of our lungs or sit in absolute deafening silence. We may just talk, about life and love and dreams and goals. Whatever we do, it's going to have your personal development at the core.
